Customs and Duties: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are paid upfront by the customer.

Returns: Return shipments require a valid merchandise return authorization from the supplier.

Service Changes: ShipWithIshy reserves the right to modify rates, policies, or service offerings with notice.
